There are just four weeks left in 2016 and yes, it is absolutely time to start thinking about Denver Comic Con 2017. It is time to start putting together that epic cosplay, booking those hotel rooms, and setting aside money for that all important dealers’ room cash reserve.
Denver Comic Con is a family friendly pop culture fan convention that draws crows from all over the Rocky Mountain region. There is so much to do during those three days of geek heaven. The gigantic dealer’s room known as Merchant Mesa will be packed with those must have t-shirts, gadgets, and collectables. Fans will get the chance to meet those celebs up close in the Celebrity Summit and Author Alley. There will also be star-studded panels and other fun panels, workshops, and for the kiddoes there will be Pop Culture Classroom Kid’s Lab and 8-Bit Lounge.
DCC has skyrocketed into being one of the top five biggest comic book conventions in North America. In just five short years the attendance has grown from 27,700 in its inception to 114,900 people in this year’s 2016 event. Considering its popularity, snagging those tickets early is the best idea. Passes for adults are nicely priced at just $82.50 for the entire three days of fun. Check out all of the pricing options on their website.
Want a free ticket? Well, this epic event wouldn’t happen each year if it weren’t for all the shiny volunteers. Each volunteer gets a volunteer t-shirt and admission to the con on the day they work. Check out the volunteer information page to see how you can help.
